Licenced Plumber and Apprentices –

We are looking for hard working and enthusiastic plumbers (and apprentices) to join our small, yet well established and fast growing plumbing business, based on the northern beaches.

The position

Secured full-time and long-term position.

Attractive wage for plumbers: $42-$50 hourly, depending on experience and performance.

Always paid on time (never missed a pay in 10 years)

Superannuation, paid overtime, holidays.

Bonuses calculated regularly based on team and individual performances.

We allow time for quality and safety, our plumbers are not stressed rushed and overworked.

We are second generation plumbers, which could be great benefits in terms of experience gained.

Great Career progression and development

Regular Training in plumbing and related skills, and in customer service.

Other Items –Truck (with fuel card and toll account), ipad, phone allowance and uniforms will be provided.

Requirements for plumbers:

• Certificate 3 in Plumbing, drivers licence and white card as a minimum.

• Experience and competencies in plumbing maintenance is essential.

• Experience in customer service and sales a plus.

Successful applicant would also need to have good presentation and customer manners, show respect to company and customers’ property, hold a driver licence, work well independently as well as in a team environment.

Plumbing Apprentice –

Our apprentices are not used as “cheap labour”.

They are taught to take their learning and career seriously and are well trained by experienced tradies (including 2nd generation plumber)

Our apprentices are lucky to be exposed to a wide range of skills: Residential, commercial, industrial maintenance, drainage, flooding solution, fire service, roof plumbing, construction / renovations, and more.

Drivers licence would be a plus.
