I had Ollie come over to investigate stormwater blockage under my house. Ollie was punctual, got dirty and located a pit which I never knew existed. Ollie investigated properly which 2 prior plumbers didn’t do. Would recommend him to any drain issues.

I had a poorly built box gutter with no overflow and sump that was causing water damage. After others basically ran away from the job in the too hard basket I had Collis take a look. They said they could do the job, offered a good suggestion to redirect a downpipe away from the gutter and cored in new overflow pipes through a block wall. They did the job a week after quoting. Very happy with their positive solution focused approach.

Thank you to the team at Collis Brothers Plumbing for replacing our storm water drainage and redirecting it to the front of our property. The best! Liam, one of the plumbers is here as I write this. He showed up when he said he will, he gave me a quote, he came back to complete the job - next day. He was here at the time he said he would be - on the dot, not early, not late, on the dot! He was polite, professional, he did everything we asked for, everything he said he would do and he knew how to do it. Could I have paid less - maybe, I don't know as out of three plumbers I contacted Collis Bros were the only ones that responded and wanted to do it. However for the convenience, for the professionalism, for the time it took him to do the job - from the quote to finish, for the sheer fact that he was polite, kind, and (OMG he is is cleaning up!!!!) never snarled at me as if I have no idea what I am complaining about, it was well worth the money! . You need a plumber you call Collis Bros and ask for Liam he is great.

Recently, and for the first time we engaged Collis Bros to fix our leaking dishwasher. Communication before, during and after was excellent. Very clear and according to our agreed appointment. They even arrived earlier. Very courteous, friendly, explained the whole process and stayed until the problem was fixed. Made sure they didn't dirty our apartment by wearing special cover shoes. Highly recommended. Payment was easy and also confirmation when monies were received.
